Account won't connect? Start with this checklist
Separate server selection, access, connection status and handover, then prepare a useful support brief.

01 Define the action first
Displaying strategy records and setting up trade execution are different jobs. Describe what you want to accomplish before sharing access. MT5 distinguishes master access from investor access; investor authorization allows observation but not trading.
02 Match the full server name
Confirm MT4 or MT5, demo or live, and the exact server supplied by the broker. Similar names are not interchangeable. A useful brief names the platform, the error, when it began and what you already tried. Do not put passwords in the consultation form.
03 Verify the connection after saving
On Niubang, check the connection state, latest update and error message. A saved record alone does not establish a working connection or a completed trade. Share a redacted screenshot of the relevant error and its timestamp if requested.
04 Agree on a handover
Before work, specify an environment checklist, connection-check result, unresolved issues and next steps. If the broker must intervene, the handover should explain why. Submit your platform, goal and timing preference for a scoped quote; additional accounts or terminals are agreed separately.
