Niubang · Scoring and ranking rules

Scores use only data with sources identified on the page and are calculated automatically using the published metrics and weights. Verification levels describe data sources, not strategy quality or future performance. Current scoring version: NB-CQS-1.

Overall score · 0–300 (published weights)

The total score ranges from 0 to 300, using the dimensions and weights below. Scores are for comparing data under the same rules only:

Avg. monthly return22%Normalized by range; zero or negative values score 0 in this dimension
Max. drawdown28%Lower is better; ≥45% scores 0
Profit factor22%≤1 scores 0; ≥2.5 earns full marks
Win rate10%About 62% is optimal; higher and lower values lose points
Live track record18%Full marks after ≥6 months and ≥100 trades

Score limits

  • · Losses / profit factor < 1 → Score capped at a low level
  • · Clear evidence of Martingale on the Platform → Risk flag and score limit
  • · Drawdown ≥ 45% → Return score set to zero
  • · Running for < 30 days → Marked “New”; excluded from first place
  • · Connected but 0 trades → Marked “No trades yet”; excluded from the standard rankings
  • · MT5 read-only account equity < $10 → Marked “No funds”; excluded from the standard rankings (history stays viewable)

How rankings work

Your chosen metric (monthly return, win rate or low drawdown) automatically sorts verified data.

Once data status is confirmed, rankings update automatically using the selected metric. The explanation is updated whenever rules change.

How each board is ordered

  • · Recommended (home default) : platform picks come first (time-limited picks while active; at most 3 open-ended picks, placed 4th, 8th and 12th), then the rest by monthly return, highest first.
  • · Score : by overall score (NB-CQS-1), highest first.
  • · Returns : by monthly return, highest first.
  • · Stability : by maximum drawdown, lowest first.
  • · Longevity : only strategies with a positive total return, by running days, longest first.
  • · Potential : by listing date, newest first.

Platform picks are chosen manually by Niubang and only affect the default Recommended board. The Score, Returns, Stability, Longevity and Potential boards are ordered only by the metrics above and are not affected by picks.

Every board lists strategies that meet the standard ranking threshold first: verified, not entered manually, synced within 48 hours, not in the highest risk tier (drawdown above 40% or Martingale evidence), with trades, at least $10 equity in a read-only MT5 account, and statistics not being rebuilt. Others are shown under Strategy records, and their history stays viewable.
