Niubang FAQ

Short answers about data sources, rankings, copy trading and pricing. For details, see scoring and ranking rules, membership and pricing and the learning center.

What is Niubang?
Niubang (niubang.ai) is a platform for MT4 / MT5 live strategy records and the maker of NB Copy Engine, an MT5 copy trading EA. Every strategy page shows its data source, verification status and last sync time.
How do I judge whether a strategy record is reliable?
Check the data source (MT read-only connection, public platform or manual entry), when the record starts and when it last synced, then confirm the record belongs to the strategy you are reviewing. Note any migrated history, gaps or missing fields. Past performance does not indicate future returns.
What does the verification label mean?
The verification label describes how the record is checked. It does not rate the strategy or predict future returns; read it together with the data source.
What does “manual entry” mean?
The figures were entered by hand rather than synced from a read-only account connection. Manually entered strategies are excluded from the standard rankings and appear only under Strategy records; check the original material and the last update before relying on them.
What does “MT read-only connection” mean?
The account is synced with its investor (read-only) password, so the system can read account data but cannot place trades. The page shows the last sync time; strategies not synced for more than 48 hours are excluded from the standard rankings.
How is the monthly return calculated?
The monthly return converts the time-weighted return from the first trade to today (deposits and withdrawals excluded) into an average compounded return per 30 days. After a strategy stops trading, the figure gradually falls as the days add up.
Running days and the chart dates don't match. Why?
Running days count from the record's first trade to today. If the account stopped (for example after funds were withdrawn), the days keep adding up while the chart ends at the last equity record; the strategy page states the date of that last record.
Can I rely on a strategy page that hasn't updated for a while?
Treat it as historical material, not as current performance. Strategies whose read-only MT5 account holds less than $10 are excluded from the standard rankings, their cards say “No funds”, and the strategy page states when the last equity record was made.
Does “Not provided” mean zero?
No. “Not provided” means the record has no value for that field, not that the value is zero. Treat it as unknown and ask the source why it is missing.
Is a higher-ranked strategy more suitable for me?
Not necessarily. The default Recommended board puts platform picks first and orders the rest by monthly return, while the Score, Returns, Stability and other boards follow their own metrics. Rankings describe historical records, not advice for you.
Which password do I need to list a master account?
List a master account with its investor (read-only) password, which can view the account but cannot trade. Copy accounts use the trading password; do not mix them up.
Which password does a copy account need?
A copy account needs its trading password; a read-only password cannot execute copied trades. No broker back-office (Manager) access is required, and the trading password cannot be used to deposit or withdraw.
What do I need to use NB Copy Engine?
The MT5 desktop terminal (the mobile apps cannot run EAs) and a Niubang account; verify your email before you start copying. No DLL and no broker back-office access are required.
Can NB Copy Engine copy between MT4 and MT5?
No. Both the master and the copy account must be MT5. “Cross-platform” here means across brokers, not between terminal versions.
Can the master and copy accounts be at different brokers?
Yes, copying works between MT5 accounts at different brokers. Before starting, check which symbols both sides can trade and their contract specifications, not just whether the names look alike.
What if the master's symbol is missing on the copy account?
When no matching symbol can be found, the system skips that trade instead of placing it on a different symbol. Check the symbol names and suffixes on both accounts, then contact support to confirm the mapping.
How much does Niubang cost?
The Basic account is ¥0 (available after email verification; up to 1 copy account and 1000 copied orders per day). Studio capacity starts at ¥2000/year (Plus, standard capacity; other tiers are chosen when applying after sign-in). Account expansion is subject to review, and technical services are quoted by scope. See the Membership and pricing page.
What technical services are available?
The services page lists three: account onboarding and listing checks, EA installation and troubleshooting, and testing evidence and handover preparation, each quoted by scope. The work and acceptance checklist are agreed before starting.
How does Niubang differ from MQL5 Signals?
Niubang combines live strategy records with MT5 cloud copy trading, and the master and copy accounts can be at different brokers. MQL5 Signals is a signal subscription inside the MT4 / MT5 terminal. Their rules and fees differ, so review each before choosing.
Will copied trades fill at exactly the master's price?
Not necessarily. Quotes and execution conditions differ between brokers, so copied fills can differ from the master's, and so can the results.
Can every public strategy be copied?
Not necessarily. Check the copy-trading status on the strategy card and page: Available, Apply or Not open. Strategies with no trades yet or no funds are labelled as such.
Does passing technical acceptance mean a strategy will make money?
No. Acceptance confirms that the agreed technical work (such as installation or handover) was completed. It does not prove future trading profits.
How do I contact Niubang support?
QQ 3832001817, WeChat xau6000 or Telegram @hypermatch123. Describe your issue and the help you need, and never send any password in a chat.
Where can I learn to check records and copying requirements?
Start with the learning center, which has guides on checking live records, reading rankings, account passwords and cross-broker copying, then return to the strategy page you are reviewing.
